I live in Lane Cove at the moment, so Lane Cove Council. They seem to have quite a strong community spirit. They're always having meet the neighbours days and carry on like that and the Library is very much an extension of this. They're always doing things for kids at the library and they also have lots of events for elderly people like computer literacy course. I would say the library is very representative of the community in this area.
