Book reviews in general I am a big fan of. Sometimes I can spend hours on Goodreads trying to find bad reviews for books you would think were universally loved.
I would not recommend that libraries should be doing this however as the comments sections on most websites/ social media are reserved for angry angry nutters and you would like to keep your libraries inclusive and not allow your clients to feel threatened or harassed
